Omit the ``QA#'' line that you see at the bottom of the NextAnswers files; we will add this line with a unique number. Please also indicate whether you want the ``Submitted by'' line included in the distributed NextAnswers or not. You may submit any file which can be indexed by the Digital Library indexing software (e.g., plain text, Rich Text Format, WriteNow). It's nice to use a fixed-width font like
